RETURN & DELIVERY POLICY
RETURN POLICY
We hope you are delighted with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a return policy on original artwork only under the following conditions:
- Return Period: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
- Condition: The artwork must be returned in its original condition, with all original packaging and materials.
- Return Process: To start a return, please contact emily@emilykarasavvas.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- You are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
- Include your original receipt or proof of purchase with the return.
- Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned artwork, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
- Damage: We are not responsible for items damaged during return shipping. If the artwork is not returned in its original condition, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
Non-Returnable Items
All fine art prints are made to order, and it is for this reason that we are unable to accept returns, exchanges or change of mind as we do not hold stock. In the unlikely event your print arrives damaged, please get in touch.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your item arrives damaged please contact us within 24hrs so that we can arrange a replacement if it’s a print and to arrange collection if it’s an original painting. If issues are reported after 24hrs replacements may not be possible.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

DELIVERY POLICY
Online purchases are delivered free of charge to addresses within the UK only.
If you are outside the UK and would like to make a purchase please get in touch to discuss shipping options and prices.
Each painting is carefully packaged using corner guards and protective wrapping. They are securely taped and clearly labelled.
Packages are usually delivered to you via either Parcel Force, UPS, TNT, DHL, private courier or other courier service.
Upon receipt of your order, we will advise you of delivery times. You will typically receive your purchase within 2-3 weeks. Whilst we will make every effort to ensure that you receive your delivery in good time, we do not guarantee delivery before the end of the stated period.
In most cases, paintings are framed on order by a separate framer which adds time to your delivery. We will advise you of the timing on receipt of your order. If you want to know the expected delivery times before placing your order please get in touch before doing so.
All Fine Art paper prints are sold unframed and come wrapped in tissue paper and safely rolled in a sturdy postal tube. Please allow 7 working days for delivery in the UK.
DELIVERY PROBLEMS

If our delivery service provider is unable to deliver your products, and such failure is your fault, we may agree to arrange for re-delivery of the products; however, we reserve the right to charge you for the actual costs of re-delivery (even where the initial delivery was free of charge).
